New Parking Process, June 2025

Know before you go! The City of Sandy Springs has introduced a new process for on-street parking at City Springs; additionally, parking garage construction and maintenance takes place through early December 2025. 

📲 While the first two hours remain free, you must scan the QR code near your parking space and enter your information as soon as you park—even if you plan to stay less than two hours. You’ll receive a text reminder near the end of the complimentary period with the option to extend your session.

🚗 All vehicles parked on the street or in the South Lot must be registered using the QR code, or a parking ticket will be issued by 12Oaks, the parking provider.

Parking Garage Construction & Maintenance 

From September through early December 2025, the City will conduct routine preventive maintenance on the City Springs parking garage.

Work will occur Mondays through Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., during which the availability of underground parking spaces may be limited.
