Prohibited Items
There will be security screening when you enter the building so, please don't bring any of the following items:
- Weapons, including firearms and knives
- Illegal drugs
- Outside food and beverage of any kind
- Bottles, cans and/or coolers of any kind
- Audio or recording equipment of any kind
- Laser pointers, aerosol cans, or noise makers
- Backpacks or any bag over 12" x 6" x 12"
- Helium balloons
Cameras
Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. The event promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed.
Please call in advance to get additional camera policy information prior to a specific show at 770-206-2022.
Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Smoking Area
The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs is a smoke-free campus.
Lost and Found
if you lost an item while you were at Sandy Springs PAC, start a claim here.
Policy on Reselling Sandy Springs PAC Tickets
Each ticket purchased from Sandy Springs PAC is a revocable license to attend a specific performance.
By your ticket purchase, you agree not to resell any ticket purchased from Sandy Springs PAC for more than the price printed on the ticket.
If Sandy Springs PAC management becomes aware that any tickets were resold for more than the face value of the tickets, Sandy Springs PAC has the right to revoke the license for those tickets and void the sale.
